Final year project groupings and project allocation.

My project is to have a national central database for medical
records!
It sounds big man! This is to cater to all health centers,
doctor, respective stake holders and patients! To share data
to authorize people! SHARE and AUTHORIZE i did say . . .
Internet = sharing.
Security = authorizing.
Hmmmmss . . other stuffs is it is a big big database.
So it must be scalable, efficient and the database structure
must be good.
Any1 has ideas to contribute what architect should this project
follow please contribute~ (as if any1 comes here).
Wow . . Even google and microsoft moving on to health care!
